Summer Walker launched a campaign commemorating the anniversary of her inaugural album, the focus was on promoting self-care and self-love in collaboration with Black women-owned businesses in Atlanta. These businesses had the opportunity to showcase "Last Day of Summer” themed services on Friday, September 22nd, and were prominently featured on Summer Walker’s website, reaching her dedicated fan base. It was a celebration of her milestone accomplishment intertwined with support for local Black women entrepreneurs.

To honor her accomplishments in music and impact in the community, the City of Atlanta officially recognized Summer Walker by designating the “Last Day of Summer” as “Summer Walker Day”.
